1. Who you are dealing with
This website is owned and operated by Maria Calzada-Oliva, trading as Thermomix Meals by Maria, an independent Thermomix® Advisor, Advisor number 166314.

2. Relationship with Vorwerk
I am a self-employed independent Advisor. I am not an employee, agent or representative of Vorwerk UK Ltd, and this website is not operated, endorsed or approved by Vorwerk. Thermomix®, Cookidoo®, Varoma®, TM6 and TM7 are registered trade marks of Vorwerk, used here only to describe the products I advise on. Nothing on this site should be read as an official Vorwerk statement. For official information see vorwerk.com.
3. Purchases
Thermomix® TM7 is purchased through an authorised Thermomix® Advisor. Where you order through me, the contract of sale is between you and Vorwerk. Vorwerk supplies, despatches and warrants the product. I do not hold stock and I do not take payment for machines. Your cancellation rights, delivery terms and warranty come from Vorwerk’s own terms of sale.
4. Prices, promotions and finance
Prices and promotions are set by Vorwerk, apply to the territory stated, and can change without notice. Any figure on this site is indicative, is correct only as at the date shown, and is subject to Vorwerk’s confirmation. Payment plans are subject to status, eligibility and the lender’s terms. Any credit agreement is between you and the provider, not with me.
5. Demonstrations
- Demonstrations are free and carry no obligation to buy.
- Please tell me about allergies and dietary requirements in advance so I can plan safely.
- I need a clear worktop, a power socket and access to a sink.
- If you need to cancel, as much notice as you can manage is appreciated. I will do the same.
- I will take reasonable care in your home. Please keep children and pets away from hot equipment.
6. Accuracy of content
I aim to keep product information, prices and specifications accurate and up to date, but they can change. Always confirm current details with Vorwerk before making a purchase decision. Guides, recipes and opinions on this site are my own experience and are not professional dietary, medical or financial advice.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use this website or its forms to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to probe or test its security, or to submit automated or bulk messages. Submissions are filtered, rate limited and logged for security purposes.
8. Intellectual property
Text and original photographs on this site are mine. Thermomix brand names, logos, product images and recipe content belong to Vorwerk and are used only as permitted. Do not copy content from this site without permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Complaints
Email maria@thermomixmealsbymaria.com and I will acknowledge your complaint as soon as I can. Complaints about a product, an order, delivery or a warranty should go to Vorwerk UK Ltd directly.
