I have never seen a Thermomix, what can it do?

Just contact me or book a free demo — online or in person — with absolutely no obligation to buy. I will be happy to show you and explain everything you want to know.

Where can I buy a Thermomix?

The Thermomix is only available through official advisors like me.

How can I pay for a TM7?

You can pay with VISA or Mastercard debit or with a credit card.

I will send you a payment link after filling out your order details or we can do it on the phone. There are also financing options available.

How long do I have to wait if I order a Thermomix?

The delivery time is currently around 10 weeks. You will receive a notification from DPD before delivery.

Is there a warranty for the Thermomix?

Of course, there is a 2 year warranty covering all repair and replacement costs in the UK and Ireland. For commercial uses there is a 12 month warranty.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Stop using the appliance and call Customer Care (UK: 0330 660 0834, ROI: 01 447 5157) with your serial number ready. They will arrange free collection and repair at a Vorwerk authorised centre.

What will void my warranty?

Using non-Vorwerk parts, having an unauthorised person open the machine, accidental damage, poor maintenance, or exposing the appliance to extreme temperatures or liquids.

I host paid supper clubs at home, does that count as commercial use?

Yes. When guests pay for the food Vorwerk classifies this as commercial use, so the warranty is only 12 months.

Are accesories and consumables covered?

No. Items that naturally wear out - spatula, whisk, sealing ring, blade unit, mixing-bowl lid, measuring cup and Varoma parts - are excluded.

Is the older TM31 model still eligible for repairs?

Sadly not, Vorwerk repair centres now only support TM5, TM6 and TM7 models; TM31 parts are no longer stocked.

What accessories are included with the Thermomix?

Everything you need for cooking is included, from the butterfly for whisking to the varoma for steaming.

Is it difficult to use?

It is very easy and intuitive to use. My children used it supervised when they were young and can now cook whole meals by themselves.

Do I need Cookido to use the TM7?

No, but for the best experience with a Thermomix we always recommend it.

Cookido has over 100,000 recipes with regular updates to software and included recipes, as well as meal planning, shopping list and the ability to add or modify recipes.
